Waterfront Bar & Grill has been pouring drinks in Little Italy since 1933 — the year Prohibition ended. We're proud of doing this one thing well: making honest cocktails at fair prices in a room that feels lived-in instead of curated. Our menu spans classic cocktails, San Diego craft beer, a focused wine list, and one of the deepest shot selections downtown.

Cocktails Done Right

Our bartenders pour stiff, balanced drinks: Old Fashioneds with real bitters, Margaritas with fresh lime, Bloody Marys mixed in-house, classic Martinis, Palomas, Mules, and Negronis. Nothing on our menu costs $18. If you want a fancy cocktail bar with foam and dehydrated garnishes, there are plenty in the Gaslamp. If you want a real drink poured by a friendly bartender who's been doing it for years, you came to the right place.

San Diego Craft Beer on Draft

San Diego is a craft beer capital, and our taps reflect it. We rotate local IPAs, lagers, and seasonals from breweries you know and a few you should. We also keep classic standbys on tap — Guinness on draft is a guest favorite, alongside Modelo, Pacifico, and a rotating macro lineup. Bottles and cans run the same range, from craft cans to ice-cold domestics.
