On Saturday and Sunday the kitchen puts out a Mexican brunch menu until 2pm — chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos — alongside the regular breakfast we've served in Little Italy since 1933. Walk-in only, full bar from 8am, and the same room the neighborhood has been eating in for 91 years.
Weekend Mexican Brunch in Little Italy
On weekends the kitchen runs a Mexican brunch menu until 2pm alongside the regular breakfast — chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, breakfast burritos, and plates that come with beans and rice instead of hash browns. Micheladas, Bloody Marys, and mimosas from the bar. It's served until 2pm Saturday and Sunday, walk-in only, and the patio fills up after the Saturday Mercato lets out.
Breakfast burrito Little Italy
Eggs, potatoes, cheese, salsa, and your choice of bacon, chorizo, or carne asada — wrapped tight, griddled, and served with hot sauce. One of the best breakfast burritos in San Diego and a reason regulars walk in three blocks from their apartment every Saturday.
Country fried steak in San Diego
Pan-fried, cracker-crust, cream gravy, two eggs, hash browns, toast. Hard to find done right anywhere in San Diego. We've been doing it the same way for decades.
Brunch cocktails & bloody marys
House bloody mary mixed in-house — celery salt, horseradish, the works. Build your own with a pickle, olive, or shrimp on top. Mimosas, micheladas, and a $5 bottomless coffee for the slow risers. Full bar from 8am every day.
Weekend Mexican brunch
Saturday and Sunday we run a full Mexican brunch menu alongside the regular breakfast — chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, breakfast tacos, and our signature carne asada burrito. Two menus, one room, no waiting list.
Dog-friendly brunch
Bring the dog. We're one of the few dog-friendly brunch spots in San Diego with a real patio and a water bowl waiting at the door.
